Description
One of the rarest books in the racing pigeon literature, and it is among the most important.
This valuable addition to the fancier’s library is a mine of information for every fancier, whether experienced or a beginner. The first edition was a sensation revised by Victor Kirkpatrick after his father Jack’s death. That revision has been out of print of some time but is not reprinted in a library edition in response to continued demands.
The author had a lifetime’s experience in the corn trade, and his chapters on feeding are especially recommended. His chapters on bird flight are also outstanding, but for many, the greatest benefit of the book is the simple statement of methods leading to success.
