Return Information

Books & other products (excluding downloaded PDFs) may be returned within 30 days for a refund or credit of the cost of the item.  Shipping charges are not refundable as part of a regular return; we will only refund the cost of the item(s).  If the reason for return is due to a mistake on the part of Silvio’s Farm; we will refund shipping in full.

Instructions

• Please Contact us to request a return.
• Pack the product(s) with sufficient cushioning to ensure that they are received in new condition.
• Enclose a copy of the original receipt to ensure proper credit.
• All Returns should be shipped back with Tracking - see disclaimer
• Refunds are made using the same method as original payment. 
• Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item(s).

Disclaimer

• If Items Shipped without Tracking are Lost;  we are not liable & a refund will not be issued.
• Damage during return shipping due to poor packaging will result in a discounted refund.
• Multimedia (PDFs) item(s) are non-refundable.
